A memorial baseball match will be held at Rumney RFC, Cardiff on Saturday 27 August at 3pm, in memory of Terry Gunstone.

Grange Albion win treble

Congratulations to Grange Albion who beat Grange Catholics to win the Ted Peterson Cup at the weekend.

The previous week they beat the same team to win the Bill Barrett Cup, having already lifted the Dewar Shield as league champions.

Baseball forum

Clubs, schools, youth centres and anyone interested in baseball, are invited to a special meeting at Rumney RFC, Cardiff, on November 17 at 6pm.

The meeting will provide information on the new Let's Play Baseball programme, launched in Cardiff and Newport this year, and help in the formation of a Baseball Forum.

Congratulations to the Wales teams at A, B, U16, U14 and U12 level, who all beat England this year. The juniors received a fantastic reception for their matches in England - all received caps, presented by snooker legend John Parrott.
